Photographing Large Families: A Tour and Photo Session on Amsterdam’s Reguliersgracht

Planning a photo session for a large family can be a fun and rewarding challenge! This family of 13 wanted a two-hour tour through Amsterdam, complete with occasional photos along the route. We started with portraits of the grandparents and grandchildren, followed by individual family groups. With three children in the second generation and three family groups, we carefully organized every combination to ensure no one was left out. The scenic Reguliersgracht provided diverse backdrops while I shared Amsterdam’s rich history, creating a unique experience for the entire family.
