Monochrome Magic: Perfect Outfits for Quick Amsterdam Photo Sessions

One of the key elements of a successful photoshoot is the outfit. For this session, monochrome outfits became the perfect choice, blending simplicity with style. Neutral tones work wonders in Amsterdam’s dynamic backdrop, allowing the person to shine while complementing the city’s vibe.

A few weeks ago, I took on the challenge of capturing stunning portraits in just 10 minutes. Tatiana, one of the participants, wanted images that could be used also in a professional setting.  That’s where monochrome outfits really come into play—they’re versatile, chic, and require minimal fuss.

This was part of an event with Gals That Brunch, where we combined a quick photoshoot with brunch. The results were fantastic: five women, 10 minutes each. Each person had three final edits to choose from a gallery of 7–10 photos.
