The second to last week of April is one of the best times to see tulips in The Netherlands. If you’re thinking about Keukenhof, the entire season is great, even in May.

I visit daily during tulip season and see tulips being replaced regularly, so there’s no need to stress too much about the exact date.

Tulip fields, on the other hand, need to be cut to keep the growing process going, but gardens take measures to ensure blooms throughout the season.
