Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Sarah at Museumplein during sunset. The beautiful light of the winter sun gave everything a soft, magical glow, perfect for capturing beautiful, natural portraits. We made sure to include some classic winter elements—like a bag of oliebollen—to truly embrace the season’s atmosphere.

One of my favorite parts of these solo photo sessions is the conversations. Walking through Amsterdam’s charming streets with someone and sharing stories while exploring iconic spots like Museumplein or Spiegelgracht feels less like work and more like a joyful experience. I always encourage walking every day for exercise, but when you combine it with creating meaningful photos, it becomes an unforgettable adventure.
